Data Processing

Data processing complies with all existing and applicable guidelines, directives, and conclusions in the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD).

We have proper digital instruments, certified and protected by recognized and credible players (Google, Microsoft, IBM, Apple, etc) that allow us (manually or automatically) to record, organize, preserve, share/transmit, change, adjust, delete and protect all the information collected.

Data Preservation

The Credit Intermediary handles and preserves the data in accordance with the need inherent to the representation, legality, and legitimacy of the entire process.

From the client's perspective, at the time of their request for support and in accordance with the purpose proposed by them, and also throughout the entire process, as long as the need for legitimate conservation persists in order to ensure any contractual, legal, and regulatory matters.

From the perspective of the Credit Intermediary, it may keep the documentation for a period longer than the relationship in case it needs to defend itself and provide information to the judicial authorities.

There is also the obligation of legal and regulatory compliance, related to accounting processes, prevention, and supervision.

Data subject's rights

Access

All clients have access, at any time, to the information and documentation provided to or collected by the Credit Intermediary. This can be requested through our contact's page.

Update/Retification

Another right consists on the request to update or rectify data previously provided and that at that moment may present some inaccuracy, incoherence or untruthfulness.

Opposition

Clients have the right to refuse the collecting and processing of personal data as proposed by the Credit Intermediary.

End of consent

Clients may request the end of the previously granted consent.

Oblivion

All information provided may be requested to be forgotten/deleted as long as there is no legal or fiscal obligation for the Credit Intermediary to preserve it.

Restriction

When refusing to forget, or at any other time, you can request that the processing to be limited.

Conflict mediation

The National Commission for Data Protection acts as a regulatory and supervisory entity for matters related to data protection.

All complaints received in writing must be responded to by the Credit Intermediary within a maximum period of 30 days. Any request for extension of this deadline must be issued within the same period. no prazo máximo de 30 dias. Todo o pedido de extensão desse prazo deve ser emitido nesse mesmo período.

Cookies Usage

The website of the Credit Intermediary uses Cookies that allow the treatment and gathering of data related to your navigation through the site. In it we can obtain information such as, for example, dwell times and selected zones. Third-party Cookies are also used with the user's consent. In case of rejection, certain features may be blocked.

Data Protection

The Credit Intermediary's main concern is the security of its data and that of its clients. This is an area that requires and demands a constant search for improvement and upgrades.

Nevertheless, we have already instituted the procedures, requirements and tools that allow us to ensure secure processing, preventing unauthorized use, adulteration and/or elimination.

Disclaimer

The Credit Intermediary's reserves the right to update and reformulate the Data Protection Policy not only for the security of all interested parties, but also to comply with updates and changes to standards, regulations, recommendations and warnings that regulatory and supervisory organizations may require.
